Welcome to Lowell Damon Woods |
 Lowell Damon Woods Neighborhood Association Inc. is a non-profit organization of volunteers from Lowell Damon Woods, a neighborhood of nearly 500 households in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin. Our neighborhood is located south and west of Wauwatosa's City Hall and Public Library. We named our neighborhood for Lowell Damon, a pioneer settler of Wauwatosa whose home at 2107 Wauwatosa Avenue is the oldest house in the city. Part of that house is a museum owned by the Milwaukee County Historical Society. Much of the land in our neighborhood belonged to the Damon family. Our web site contains information about the Association, the Lowell Damon Woods neighborhood, events and volunteer opportunities, an online version of our newsletter, and links to other community web sites. Our aim is to bring neighbors together and give the Lowell Damon Woods neighborhood a better sense of identity.
